Junior 3D Brand Designer

Seymourpowell’s 3D brand design team is expanding and now has an opportunity for a confident and pro-active Junior Designer. The ideal candidate should have experience of creating and developing product or packaging design concepts, working as part of a team, as well as working independently. We are looking for individuals who can generate and clearly communicate inspiring ideas, from excellent sketch work through to the development of their designs in CAD. We are looking for people who are great thinkers, who can understand and interpret brands, who appreciate how products and brands interact with consumers, can create and manipulate compelling and appropriate forms and can ultimately create solutions that bring together all of these parts. As part of the design team the Junior Designer will support a broad range of design briefs ranging from sculptural brand expression to innovative functionality.

The expansion of the 3DB Department has created the opportunity for a senior role within the team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of running projects, managing project teams and external suppliers as well as liaising directly with clients. They will have experience of creating and developing packaging design concepts, as part of a team and working independently. We are looking for individuals who can generate and clearly communicate inspiring ideas, from sketch work through to the development of designs in CAD. We are looking for people who are great thinkers, who can understand and interpret brands, who appreciate how products and brands interact with consumers, can create and manipulate compelling and appropriate aesthetics and can ultimately create solutions that bring together all of these parts. Seymourpowell’s product design team is expanding and now has an opportunity for a confident and pro-active Product Designer. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Product Design and 3 — 6 years' experience of working as part of a team to develop design concepts, as well as working on projects independently. We are looking for individuals who can generate and clearly communicate inspiring ideas; from excellent sketch work through to the development of their designs in CAD. Of course, design is not all about styling. Seymourpowell looks for people who are great thinkers, who can understand and interpret brands, who appreciate how products interact with consumers, and ultimately can create solutions that bring together all of these parts.
